User Agreement<\/b>
<\/span>Effective Date: November 20, 2024<\/b><\/p>

At Worthy, our mission is to connect professionals worldwide, helping them leverage their skills and maximize their potential. Our services aim to assist you and millions of other professionals in building meaningful connections, exchanging ideas, learning, job searching and recruiting, working, and making informed decisions to unlock economic opportunities.<\/span><\/p>

    Introduction<\/b><\/p>

    1.1 Agreement<\/b><\/p>

    By using Worthy’s “Services,” you agree to all the terms outlined in this agreement. The use of Worthy’s “Services” is also subject to our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, which govern how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information.<\/span><\/p>

    By creating a Worthy account or accessing and using our services (as described below), you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with Worthy (even if you are using third-party credentials or acting on behalf of a company). If you do not agree with this agreement (“Agreement” or “User Agreement”), do not create an account, access, or use Worthy’s services in any manner. If you wish to terminate this agreement, you may do so at any time by closing your account and ceasing access to our services.<\/span><\/p>

    1.2 Services<\/b><\/p>

    This Agreement applies to Worthy.ink, Worthy-branded applications, and other websites, apps, communication methods, and services provided by Worthy (collectively referred to as “Services”). This also includes offline data collection features, such as Worthy’s advertisements and “Apply with Worthy” and “Share via Worthy” plugins.<\/span><\/p>

    1.3 Contracting Entity<\/b><\/p>

    You are entering into this agreement with Worthy (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).<\/span><\/p>

    • “Designated Countries” refer to countries within the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland.<\/span><\/li>
    • If you reside in a “Designated Country,” this agreement is with Worthy, which will act as the controller of your personal data collected through the services.<\/span><\/li>
    • If you reside outside the “Designated Countries,” this agreement is with Wealth Colour (Asia) Trading Company Limited, which will be responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data related to Worthy services.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      By using Worthy services as a visitor or member, the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data are governed by this agreement, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other referenced documents. You acknowledge and agree that you have read our Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>

      1.4 Members and Visitors<\/b><\/p>

      This Agreement applies to both members and visitors.<\/span><\/p>

      • When you register and join Worthy, you become a “Member.”<\/span><\/li>
      • If you choose not to register, you may still use certain features as a “Visitor.”<\/span><\/li><\/ul>


        Membership Approval Policy:
        “While we reserves the right to review and approve membership applications within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days for security verification purposes, our standard operational procedure aims to complete the approval process within three (3) working days upon receipt of all required information.”<\/p>

        1.5 Changes to This Agreement<\/b><\/p>

        We may modify this Agreement from time to time. If legally required or if significant changes are made, we will notify you via our services or other communication methods to allow you to review the modifications before they take effect. We agree that no changes will have retroactive effect. If you disagree with any updates, you may close your account. Your continued use of Worthy’s “Services” after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.<\/span><\/p>

        1. Obligations<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

          2.1 Service Eligibility<\/b><\/p>

          By entering into this agreement, you confirm that:<\/span><\/p>

          • You are legally eligible to enter into this contract and meet the “Minimum Age” requirement.<\/span><\/li>
          • Worthy “Services” are not intended for individuals under 16 years old.<\/span><\/li>
          • By using our “Services,” you confirm that:<\/span>
            1. You meet the “Minimum Age” requirement.<\/span><\/li>
            2. You will maintain only one Worthy account under your real name.<\/span><\/li>
            3. Worthy has not restricted your use of “Services.”<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>

              The “Minimum Age” is 16 years; however, if the law in your jurisdiction requires a higher age to allow us to lawfully provide services to you without parental consent (including the use of your personal data), then the required legal age applies.<\/span><\/p>

              2.2 Your Account<\/b><\/p>

              • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.<\/span><\/li>
              • You will not share your account with others and will comply with legal and policy requirements.<\/span><\/li>
              • You agree to:<\/span>
                1. Prevent unauthorized access to your account.<\/span><\/li>
                2. Not share, transfer, or sell your account or any of its components.<\/span><\/li>
                3. Adhere to applicable laws, our “Dos and Don’ts” list, and professional community policies.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>

                  2.3 Payments<\/b><\/p>

                  • You agree to fulfill payment obligations and allow us to store your payment details.<\/span><\/li>
                  • Prices may be subject to transaction fees and taxes.<\/span><\/li>
                  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy, and pricing may be adjusted over time.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                    If you purchase any of our paid services, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. If payments are not made, we may terminate the paid “Services.”<\/span><\/p>

                    2.4 Notifications & Messages<\/b><\/p>

                    You consent to receive notifications and messages via our website, app, or provided contact details (e.g., email, phone, mailing address). Keeping your contact information updated is your responsibility.<\/span><\/p>

                    2.5 Information Sharing<\/b><\/p>

                    When you share information on our “Services,” it may be visible, copied, or used by other members. You can control visibility settings where available.<\/span><\/p>

                    1. Rights and Restrictions<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                      3.1 Ownership<\/b><\/p>

                      We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services under this agreement. You may not sublicense, transfer, or resell our services.<\/span><\/p>

                      3.2 Prohibited Conduct<\/b><\/p>

                      You agree not to:<\/span><\/p>

                      • Use services for unlawful activities.<\/span><\/li>
                      • Post or spread false or misleading information.<\/span><\/li>
                      • Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data.<\/span><\/li>
                      • Distribute spam or unsolicited messages.<\/span><\/li>
                      • Interfere with or disrupt our services.<\/span><\/li>
                      • Use automated tools (e.g., bots, crawlers) to collect data from our services.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                        1. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                          We are not responsible for losses or damages from unauthorized access, data loss, or service disruptions.<\/span><\/p>

                          1. Termination of Services<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                            We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this agreement. You may close your account at any time.<\/span><\/p>

                            1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                              This agreement is governed by Worthy’s jurisdiction, and all disputes shall be settled in competent courts.<\/span><\/p>

                              1. General Terms<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                This agreement constitutes the entire contract between you and Worthy. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.<\/span><\/p>

                                1. Worthy “Dos” & “Don’ts”<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                  8.1 Don’ts:<\/b><\/p>

                                  • Share harmful or misleading content.<\/span><\/li>
                                  • Violate laws or policies.<\/span><\/li>
                                  • Interfere with other users’ experiences.<\/span><\/li>
                                  • Spread spam or malicious software.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                    8.2 Dos:<\/b><\/p>

                                    • Respect others and maintain professionalism.<\/span><\/li>
                                    • Use the platform according to service agreements.<\/span><\/li>
                                    • Engage with other members appropriately.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                      1. Content-Related Complaints<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                                        9.1 Copyright & Intellectual Property<\/b><\/p>

                                        If you believe your copyrighted content is being used improperly, contact us for resolution.<\/span><\/p>

                                        9.2 Content Removal Requests<\/b><\/p>

                                        If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit an appeal for review.<\/span><\/p>
